Poor communication, just too busy, and no refund when they called the evening before my move in to say they had massive maintenance issues (plumbing) and that i couldn't move in, it left me in a struggle to find somewhere else to live last minute

I would highly advise anyone not to move into this community. Our unit did not have new carpet and for about a month we had to deal with urine odor in our apartment. Per staff "the previous residents didn't have pets or kids so it couldn't be urine." However, when the carpet company came to "CUT OUT THE SMALL PATCH WITH THE ODOR" per request of office staff, they found that the ENTIRE carpet and padding needed replaced due to urine (we have multiple pictures). So if the previous residents didn't have pets or kids then that urine came from an adult. Also, beware of maintenance. Everything in the apartment is cheaply rigged for temporary use.

Loved the townhouses, & private porches. The pool was a wonderful thing & maintained well. I prefer communities without outdoor pets as people do not clean up after them. Did not hear neighbors through the walls! Preferred unit with washer & dryer hook up. Laundry rooms were tiny, misused & hard to maintain. Price was more affordable to smaller units elsewhere!

Arlington Arms appears to be a great apartment complex. The staff were nice, until they came under new management. Everything changed. The AC was always out in the summer, they would tell us they couldn't do anything because so were 30 other units. There was only on maintenance man, the other one was a "grounds keeper" who happened to live below me and did nothing but complain. The cops were always there, the trash was always overflowing, they don't take good care of the property.
