I just moved out because of a job transfer. I loved my time at Nicholas Place. The dog park and the pool were great perks. The apartment itself is very spacious and nice. The location is awesome and close to so many things. The move out process was super easy and straightforward. I highly recommend Nicholas Place to anyone in the area.

This place will steal your deposit. Lived here for 2 years never missed or was late on a rent payment. Moved out and cleaned the entire apartment before leaving according to their checklist. It was cleaner when we left then when we moved in. Got a bill in the mail. No deposit back and a charge for carpet replacement. Take pics before you move out of here. Whoever they have clean their carpets will bleach your carpet and then send you a bill for carpet replacement. Take pics of everything they are thieves. Prior to moving out the leasing lady recommended the $75 carpet cleaning through them instead of paying more for outside professionals. Turns out its their scheme to rob you. Only getting 1 star because they wont allow 0. No shocker why their rating reviews are horrendous on every site.

We lived in a 2 bedroom bottom level. The people above us were so nasty, dog poo coming from their balcony, food from their kids, rotten food. We were probably the only ones that were never late EVER on the rent. We left the place spotless when we bought our new home. The tattooed, junkie housekeeper charged us OUTRAGEOUS cleaning fees! The place was immaculate when we moved! More so than when we moved in!!! Cheaply decorated, no luxury at all, cheap flooring, no dishwasher or sprayer. Dont waste your money. The place is a joke!

Where do I begin... this place is a joke! We have lived in apartments before and these are by far the worst. We have a three bedroom on the first floor and you here everything and I mean EVERYTHING! All of the features inside are cheap. No garbage disposal. No sprayer for the sink. No internet connection. The only provider they allow is called gigamonster and you cant even get someone on the phone. The dumpster is always overflowing onto the sidewalk. No parking EVER! Pet poo everywhere. They have several rules but nobody unforced them. The front office never has a solution for anything. Corporate office doesnt even exist I assume because you cant get ahold of them. We are not your typical renters. We are a family with kids and choose these because they were new and close to the highway for work commute. Less than luxury by far. Not worth the overpriced rent. Save your money.

Nice apts but there isn't near enough parking. On the weekends good luck finding a spot. You have parking passes but it does no good when not enforced. When 5 of the 10 spaces available are taken by guests. I'm tired of carrying groceries from a building away.
