I had a tour with Amber a couple weeks ago and decided to turn in my application. I was approved within 48 hours and I'm so happy with my decision to move here. My apartment is beautiful and I have a great view. I have no issues with internet and the office staff has been very helpful.

I have had a great experience with Nicholas Place so far. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Any maintenance requests that I have are responded to very quickly. My neighbors are also very nice. I will be living here for a while. My kids really enjoy the playground and basketball hoop on the property. They also have a pool and dog park that look very nice.

This place is really nice and everyone is friendly but this internet is the worst and I wish they would let us get what we want. I hope corporate sees enough of complaints like this and change it because Im paying $70 for internet and it doesnt work half the time.

Where do I begin... this place is a joke! We have lived in apartments before and these are by far the worst. We have a three bedroom on the first floor and you here everything and I mean EVERYTHING! All of the features inside are cheap. No garbage disposal. No sprayer for the sink. No internet connection. The only provider they allow is called gigamonster and you cant even get someone on the phone. The dumpster is always overflowing onto the sidewalk. No parking EVER! Pet poo everywhere. They have several rules but nobody unforced them. The front office never has a solution for anything. Corporate office doesnt even exist I assume because you cant get ahold of them. We are not your typical renters. We are a family with kids and choose these because they were new and close to the highway for work commute. Less than luxury by far. Not worth the overpriced rent. Save your money.

Thankful my lease is up and to have moved out. This complex does not allow you to choose your own internet provider. You have to use GigaMonster and they are absolutely terrible. I cant even count the number of times my internet has gone out for hours or days at a time. You call customer service and they typically cant get anyone out to fix it for weeks nor are they any help what so ever. If your a college student and depend on internet service do not move in here. Parking is another issue. They give you parking stickers so they can enforce that the residents are getting the spots nearest to the apartment building. Problem is that they dont seem to enforce it. Ive walked past countless amount of vehicles (guest) that did not have the parking permit sticker parked in front of my building. If youre not there early in the evening expect to park near the clubhouse and walk half a mile. Landscaping is not good. Tons of weeds in the mulch beds and when they mow they dont blow the grass out of the beds. Just looks really really bad. Grounds maintenance is not so good either. The dog park is pretty nice except for the fact that there are cigarette buds all over the place. I had to stop taking my dog over there. Ive complained but it was never cleaned up. There has been puke (human puke) on several different occasions in the parking lot and on the sidewalk that would still be there had it not finally rained. Disgusting. The walls and floors are made of paper. If you live on the first floor you can hear literally everything above you and outside. I could hear my upstairs neighbor on the phone. I do not recommend these apartments. There is nothing luxury about this place.

Really disappointed in this complex. I recently moved out and got my deposit check back and was charged for dirty cabinets, microwave and hvac vents,For 180 bucks. I have pictures to prove it was clean but the only system they have is email it Amber in the front office ( who does not deal with checking of the apartment) and she sends it to corporate. You cant have corporates number and Amber cant give out her Bosses number. She says they have there own pictures but cant show it to us and that there is nothing else we can do. She is rude and the place is unprofessional.
