I moved into this complex in sept 2015. this was not my first choice but the price was right and the location Read Morewas ideal for my commute to work. I soon realized that this was the worst decision I could make. Upon my move in date I requested that I not be put in the back lot just based on all the negative things that I heard but my request were ignored and I was forced to move into the apartment bc they did not have any others available. I decided to just make the best of the situation. The rental office staff were very rude and unprofessional. They were basically just warm bodies to fill seats, any maintenance work that needed to be done was either ignored all together or completed months down the line. Drug deals happened on the regular either right outside the building entrance or in the hallway making it difficult to even get into my apartment. And my apartment was involved in a shooting. The apartment in front of mine was targeted and the person shot thru their house and due to poor structures the bullets came thru their walls and ended in my bedroom closet. Luckily neither my son nor I were home. I requested that I be moved out of that apartment and into a new building but bc I did a news interview and expressed my interest in moving they gave the apartment they were getting ready for me to someone else. The shooting happened in April and by the time I finally moved out in JUNE they still had not came to fix the bullet holes in my wall. And now I owe them for breaking my lease but would u have stayed there. Absolutely not. DONT MOVE HERE.

Customer service at office is better than it it used to be. Response time of maintenance is slow, but appears Read More work orders are lost or not passed on. Nowhere for kids to play & parking lots not kept clear of glass/trash.

TERRIBLE management, mediocre maintenance team, apartments should be torn down and rebuilt.
