Have lived here for almost 2 years they have raised the rent $50.My apartment hasn't had anything done to it, Read Moresame original kitchen and bathroom cabinets from the 70'sThe maintenance man is good when he gets the work order. Leasing office slow to get them to him.They do not pay any utilities, you have to have the cable and internet installed, there is no balconies, The only way an apartment gets renovated is if the previous renter ripped up the apartment so bad the management company can't rent it and not all the apartments have any ceiling fans.The location is good I will give it that.

Great Northern Village Resident
They raise the rent by $30 every year so it can get very expensive if you want to stay longer than one year. A Read Morelso the apartments are over 35 years old and the insides are very old and outdated.

It's basically OK, but for the money the facility is not updated as much as it should be. Snow removal is a pr Read Moreoblem and parking can be troublesome. Also the garages are not in great shape. The trash pickup is infrequent. On the positive side, the current management and maintenance people are very friendly and professional.
