I lived here 5 years. We have been through three owners in that time and the most recent owners were taking away what little that is left that made this a decent place to live. Do not believe the pictures you see of this property. The majority of the trees have been cut down. What was a nice large party room is now being used as an office for three people. The room that once held packages for residents until they could pick them up is no longer there. Packages now need to be picked up at the NO post office. The pool is gone. The tennis courts, even being in not the best condition, are gone. The gym is unavailable because it is being used for storage. Also, some of the amenities that are listed are not in the apartments -- no hardwood floors, disposals are being removed, Formica countertops not granite and the kitchen is too small to be considered an eat-in kitchen unless you eat standing without a table. The price is way too high for what you get and keeps going up. They also seem to be trying to get rid of any tenants that have lived here for more than 15 years, having them evicted for spurious or completely non-existent reasons. Avoid this place.
