Newest management seems to be putting inn the effort. The last few years it seems to be on the upswing, looking much better. Can tell they are investing in raising the quality of the property.

I lived here 5 years. We have been through three owners in that time and the most recent owners were taking away what little that is left that made this a decent place to live. Do not believe the pictures you see of this property. The majority of the trees have been cut down. What was a nice large party room is now being used as an office for three people. The room that once held packages for residents until they could pick them up is no longer there. Packages now need to be picked up at the NO post office. The pool is gone. The tennis courts, even being in not the best condition, are gone. The gym is unavailable because it is being used for storage. Also, some of the amenities that are listed are not in the apartments -- no hardwood floors, disposals are being removed, Formica countertops not granite and the kitchen is too small to be considered an eat-in kitchen unless you eat standing without a table. The price is way too high for what you get and keeps going up. They also seem to be trying to get rid of any tenants that have lived here for more than 15 years, having them evicted for spurious or completely non-existent reasons. Avoid this place.

New management at this place is evil.

So I lived here for 14 years and they went up on my rent so now I paying 900 dollars a month but the apt I live in is old as hell and don't look like a 900 dollar apt I feel like why go up on rent when their not upgrading my apt they just covering up old stuff still the same carpet in my apt and old appliances old everything I feel like they just being greedy at this point I pay my rent and never missed a beat and this is old us older renters are treated after this lease is up I'm getting the hell on I rather pay900 and get a new apt somewhere else

While no place you live is ever going to be absolutely perfect, the staff here have done everything in their power to constantly improve the property. They are accessable and understanding especially the assistant manager Shemika. We have lived here for just over a year and moving in was the best decision we've ever made.

Raised apartment rent for 1 bedroom 34 days prior to lease up from 740 to 980 for an outdated old apartment

I’ve been living here for a couple months now and I have to say I love it here! Management is awesome and always quick to respond. The apartments are beautiful inside and upgrades are being made all around the complex every day! It’s also in a very convenient location with many stores just minutes away! Very happy to call this place home!

I love the ladies in the office! They are so professional, kind and always quick to respond to requests. This place is very clean, peaceful and all around enjoyable. I would highly recommend it!

new owners are less attentive than the previous owners. They are making changes that are causing families to be forced into moving. my parents have been without heat all weekend because they made a mistake while changing over to individual units (so each unit can be charged individually instead of it being included in rent.. rent that already went up $20) and they were given a space heater for the weekend and told they would fix it Monday. it's now Monday and they aren't sure if they will make it today or not.. the space heater they were given over heats and has to be shut off. it's too cold to be without heat!
