The land lord or whatever she is was very rude when telling her about me switching jobs. Even though I make double sometimes triple what the rent amount would have been for the unit I was interested in. I was told I cant help you! Who says that?!? Very unprofessional! Anonymous

Most all of these reviews are outdated. New management took over the office around 2019. She started making a million negative changes. They repaved the parking garages and thought they could then charge people $60 a month. When everyone stopped paying to park there after that, management dropped the prices again. The buildings are dirty. There are stray cats that constantly climb on cars. Couldnt plug anything into the bathroom outlet or it would blow a fuse. There was mold in the windows. The heat is spotty. Along with a drunk man that multiple people complained about due to him having public outbursts, yet nothing was done. The place definitely went downhill the pat couple of years.

There is no heat in the winter and my electric bill is sky high because of the space heaters! I have to have to have heaters so my apartment doesn't freeze. Not to mention all the money I have to spend on the fuses because they keep blowing, because of the space heaters. Nobody answers the phones. I don't recommend this place to anyone!

The rental office staff was a pleasure to work with and was always there when I needed them. Whenever I had an issue, my concerns were address and resolved promptly. I would not only recommend Winterberry to a friend, but I would have no issue with renting an apartment from them again if I ever needed to. My neighbors were all very friendly and it truly always felt like home to me.

i would rate it excellent but the only thing that upsets me is that the heat is only set at 68 but since we r on the end of the building it feels like its like in the 50s and its not good for my daughter when shes here and when its really cold outside it feels colder and when u feel the walls there even cold too

The only problem I have with this place is the boiler heat,it is erratic,sometimes it feels warm in my place sometimes it does not,also on a 60 degree day it is very warm in my apartment in the middle of the winter there appears to be no way to lower the heat so I am comfortable on a warm winter day.
