The Glen Luxury Apartments

Live here for almost 5 years and just recently left because of constant rent increasing and still going up. The only time I had issues taken care of was recently when the hired some outside guy to help out because THEY DONT HAVE AN ON SITE MAINTENANCE!? That young man was very helpful but I hadnt seen him since Theyre wanting to charge 1400 to 1500$ for a townhouse that has terrible water, noisy neighborhood, thin wall , outdated appliances, should I keep going? The calcium builds up on anything water touches so youll have to SCRUB shower an sinks daily to keep it from getting out of control. You can get a nice house for these prices. New owner has either lost their mind or is a terrible greedy human. I would have given 0 stars.

Dont believe any of the features listed. They are years away from being implemented. We have lived here for 3 years and in that time the building has changed hands 3 times and the rent has risen over $300. The walls are thin and the plumbing is incredibly noisy. The online payments dont work and we were only informed that they no longer take cash the day that rent was due. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE. The price is double what the places are worth.

I wouldn't recommend this place. Price is way too high for the area, and in the winter time they don't have a trusted person to clean the drive and get the snow cleared off from in front of your space, and they do not come early in the morning before the tenants leave for work. They also charge you for things that shouldn't be charged for when you move out so they can keep 75% of the deposit.

I've lived in them for over 2 years and I've had no issues. Its a great unit managed by good people with everything you could ask for at a good location.

I have lived at Glenview Estates in Ontario, Ohio for 10 years now. Excellent location, Excellent school district and centrally located for traveling in Ontario or short distance to Mansfield, Galion, Shelby and Lexington Ohio. Easy access to shopping and restaurant's. Clean and well maintained Townhouse living with large garage spaces. Maintenance staff have responded quickly to the few issues I have had during my stay. I highly recommend Glenview Estates and as of this review, I have no plans to move.Jerry I,
