While I lived there, it was a great place to live. The only downside were a couple of neighbors that liked to Read Moreslam their front door, but overall it was excellent. It was spacious, clean, and felt safe to be there. When there were issues the staff was really good at responding. When I left it was an easy process and no issues. I just wish that apartment could have come with me!

Staff in the office are so friendly and helpful. Its a large complex with many tenants, but the address me by Read Morename and always remember my building address.

We love the apartment and what is offered but I am unsatisfied with the interior. Windows get so cold and cond Read Moreensed that they freeze shut and do not appear to be energy efficient. The cabinets are peeling and are stained from previous renters. The bathroom door was cut too short on the bottom so there is a noticeable gap when the door is closed. I love having a washer and dryer in our unit. I like the location and being close to the highway and downtown Toledo.

Recently I have had a problem with noise and the office staff are good about complaints but their process is t Read Moreo have a staff member come to your apartment and listen for themselves to decide if it is loud or not. I don't like this because I call and by the time they arrive it quiets down and returns shortly after. Also, there are train tracks nearby that often have a train going by at night/early in the morning and has woke me up on occasions.
