DO NOT MOVE HERE! They do not abide to their lease, and force you to stick out your lease despite them breaking the agreement on their end. This is not a trustworthy management team. We had a water leak in April which resulted in mold growing throughout our laundry room which I personally am allergic too. My fiancee and I then had to pay for a mold inspector out of pocket which was confirmed as mold and that is growing within the walls. The maintenance team simply came and sprayed bleach on the surface of the wall. Less than a week later, the water broke again and the mold immediately returned to the surface, further showing their is more mold that they had yet to remove. We were then told that even though I am allergic and have been feeling symptoms for months, that they are not concerned about it. Apart from the water leak, the flooring is extremely penetrable with sound. We are kept up until midnight every night from the upstairs neighbor sounding as if he is pounding on the floor unless we turn a sound machine on to max volume. The same neighbor wakes up everyday at 640am making the same sounds. This includes weekends. The lease states there are quiet hours and you must respect your neighbors, yet they refuse to abide to their own lease when we shared this with them to allow us to move out. The wood flooring of the kitchen also was not fixated to the floor. As you walk it would stick to your feet. At one point causing my fiancee to fall into the laundry room door. The door has yet to be fixed when we notified the office. Look elsewhere if you wish to live comfortably with a respectable landlord/management team.
