New washers and dryers placed in shabby looking laundry rooms. Yeah, new hallway carpets, but horrid color choice. Chosen by a male, not a decorator? Hallway walls need paper removed and painted or repapered. Brighter lights in the hallways. Security--so many nonresidents enter with keys. I witness this often. For me, security is an issue. Suggestion--card entry--similar to hotels. Not enough security cameras. Should be at all entrances.

The overall of this apartment is very convenient, safe and in good condition. The only thing I think can be improved is the noise level, including noise from outside the building and the cooling system.

When we first came here over a decade ago I would have rated the building as excellent. Now things have changed although management is trying to rectify the problems.

The office staff are especially helpful and pleasant, and the maintenance people do a good job if something arises. The location is great for my work and the MetroParks and for libraries, churches, etc., in Rocky River and Fairview Park. I appreciate availability of the fitness equipment, which I use regularly. Now that they got the new washers and dryers, doing laundry is much better--no more spots on clothes or issues with machines not working.

One thing I am concerned about is that some animal (maybe a dog) seems to keep peeing in the elevator on the carpet. It smells bad and there were frequently wet spots in the corner and it smelled like urine. Not sure what that is about. The kitchen cabinets and the bathroom vanity are very old and the material they are made out of smells bad (especially the bathroom vanities - old press board and formica). Plus side: the staff is nice and the residents are friendly and the place is very quiet.
