Fantastic customer service!!!! I emailed them on April 7th and had a return call that same day. The communication is spot on especially during this awful Virus that has everything slowed down. A +++ to the office girls!!!!

I haven't been there yet but I sent in a request since I am looking to move in March/April. The lady I spoke with at the office was so sweet and is coming in on a Sunday so I can look at the property even though she is off on Sundays. Assuming the insides look as nice as the outside, I will be moving here because of her.

The leasing agent is the most professional, helpful, and friendly as I've ever encountered. I'd have moved simply for her. Small bedrooms and dining room swayed me, but not by much. These are spectacularly priced for what a person gets. Grounds are immaculate and so pretty. I'd have loved that. It seemed quiet. I viewed upper and lower, both of which have differences. I'd recommend seeing both even if you think you've got your mind made up before you get there. Lovely sliding door to a balcony on upper story with cutout windows to allow natural light above it. Imagined loving my Sunday coffee sitting at the table next to that. Deep walk-in closets in both rooms. Appliances aren't stainless, but are clean and updated. The price - again - for what you get is fantastic. These got beat out by a slim margin.

Ive been looking too move here for sometime. Had application filled out and took to leasing office. In talking was asked if I received 3 times the income of the rent a month! I said No even though I could afford the rent. I was told they would not accept my application because of my income. I left there feeling sick that they would do this to people. I did not disclose all my income and could easily afford the rent. Left feeling sad as they are going to loose many wonderful tenants
