Quick to move in.
Clean swimming pool.
Good at snow plowing.
Maintenance crew is pretty handyman.
- The longer you stay, the more expensive your rent will be. In comparison to new tenant who just moved in, or few years after you. None-negotiable with the landlord. To qualify for the new rent pricing, you require to literally move everything out, and resign the lease again.
- Don't bother cleaning even after you move out. They will take all your deposit regardless. Even you have carpet cleaner, changed light bulbs, scrub the stoves, clean the windows, change the "battery", and even kept the left over parts that they change on the apartment (they said it was our trash). Plus they charged more than what your deposit is. This pretty much happen to a few tenants that i know who left around the same time as I.
- Condo manager / landlord is unreasonable in many ways.

A great place to live. Close enough to everything but not too busy.

It was a decent place to live until It was time to refund my security deposit. All furniture, trash, etc was removed from the unit (might have been a box or two left?) and all appliances were clean.(I even helped them remove a couch from the unit that was left there by the previous renter) Out of a $669 deposit, I got back $203.29. They charged me $55 for a mailbox key....$32 for a new toilet seat...(toilet seats are $9 at Wal Mart). I didn't get their "report", but I'm positive they charged $200 to clean carpets and paint. Be weary with this group...if you do decide to move in, take pictures and document everything!! This was my first and last time renting...I should've known better than to expect anyone to be honest and fair. Look around first..

Very nice apartment at a reasonable rate. The building was clean and maintenance issues were addressed promptly. It's located right near the freeway which is convenient. Only had one issue, the apartment said I put my rent in the drop box late. I found out two weeks later when I got a letter saying I owed fees through the current date. I refused because I wasn't late and it was eventually waved, but if they charge late fee by the day they should inform residents sooner.
