    I love this complex. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. I have been here over 7 years and I have not have any negative experiences. We love the new pool and grill areas.

    We like the apartment itself because it is rather spacious. The location is good for everyone, particularly because shopping and parks/rec center is nearby. Additional storage is only available via leasing a parking garage spot, and free parking is scarce at times, partly due to some vehicles illegally parked, and a small lot. Maintenance is very slow unless it is urgent. The hallway smells like smoke due to neighbors, but our apartment is OK.

    I feel Solon Park Apt does a good job dealing with maintenance issues. When there is a problem, the services get done very quickly. I have no complaints..

    We enjoyed our year long stay in Solon Park Apartments. Good, clean apartment, great location and excellent maintenance staff. So glad we chose to stay here instead of other apartment complex near by, which were way more expensive and not that good! Very pleasant stay. Only wish that the school bus would come inside the building complex to pick up the kids.
