I regret that I ever moved to this place. Not worth the money they are charging. Apartment walls super thin, you can hear your neighbors every move.

Excellent experience with the office staff! First apartment for my daughter and the staff was truly amazing with helping her find the perfect apartment just for her. Very impressed with the grounds, the apartment itself and cannot wait for my daughter to enjoy her first apartment at the polo club. This was the only location we felt for the price all the amenities she will enjoy. The gym is amazing and the pool is sparkling. The apartment is gorgeous... I know several people who already live here and they love it! So excited for her. Luxury at its best and perfect location.

OFFICE STAFF IS AWFUL!!!!! VERY, VERY disrespectful and there is no urgency when trying to fix any issues. I will never recommend The Polo Club to anyone.

Nice apartment- nice neighbors- ac/ heat system does not hold up to our weather here- called the regional office multiple times about heat and still have yet to receive a call back-this would have been A 5 star rating but poor customer care- sent me a $55.00 bill for not cleaning the refrigerator- so ridiculous and rude- glad I own my home now- I had no heat for 3 days and not even an apology but I owe $55.00- much newer and nicer apartments in the area with better maintenance and management!!!

The units are beautiful, clean and cozy Morgan helped us with everything from applying to picking up our keys on move in day and she was an absolute delight. They are extremely welcoming and accommodating in the leasing office and we are very excited to call the polo club our new home

Highly disappointed writing this.DO NOT RENT FROM HERE. I’m saying this after almost 3 peaceful years of living here with nearly no problems. When you do move out, they will nickel and dime you for the smallest things and charge ridiculous fees for them. Wiping down a microwave and removing ash from a fireplace, sounds minor right? Minor enough that when I did the move out inspection the woman told me not to worry about it because they have to redo it during the 30 day turndown period anyway. I thought great, parted ways and went about my life. To my surprise about a month later a get a bill for $80 in the mail. I emailed then Jennifer W. (Per the form I received) and she sent back some generic email not addressing any concerns and made my new balance $50. Laughable, really. Enjoy my $50, Polo Club! I hope it takes you a long way! Go somewhere that values your business.

TW: mice pics- this is only a few of over tens of mice We were living with mice for almost 1.5 years straight (apt 16141 fox hunt) until we moved out in Aug 2023. We had a clean apt and no pets to attract the mice. They would leave pellets in the stove top, oven, countertops, kitchen cabinets...etc. it became a gross environment to cook in. I do want to add that we lived on the ground floor and some maintenance (Frank) was great at coming back to put traps in the apt, initially. When he wasn't available we did not have maintenance coming through as much. Towards the end of our lease my roommate called multiple times to have traps with mice removed and no one came. At a certain point we even had to go purchase our own traps. Anyway here's some pics of dead mice from the apartment. Also, we were never compensated for anything.

Overall I would have left a more positive review other than the fact that Polo Club is extremely greedy. I would not have said anything about the extreme lack of insulation in our apartment that made our bills double every month or the staples sticking out of the carpet that we called about but they never fixed. Until we got a letter in the mail with the fees that we owed in a week. We were clean and always paid on time and they sent us a list of fees for things that were broken when we moved in or for simple cleaning things. You would think that the completely overpriced rent every month would cover the cleaning that they have to do for a new tenant to move in but apparently not. Our door to our apartment had a hole at the bottom which let bugs and cold air in constantly but they were never too concerned about that. Overall it saddens me that Polo Club treats their tenants this way who treat the apartment well and pay on time. I do not recommend, they will end up coming after you for money and you can get a better apartment other places. We moved to a place twice the size and our utilities are half the price. Just be aware if you move here they will charge you for every little thing they have to clean even though they should be doing a thorough cleaning when a tenant moves out! Will not be recommending to anyone.

These people are absolutely out of their minds. Wanted $15,720 down in order to lease a $1300 apartment because my co signer is out of state. 6 months deposit. Cheaper to buy a house. An absolute joke. New York City doesn’t charge close to that. Corporate and management of this place really needs to get a grip and figure out how to run a proper and fair business. What a waste of time.
