Centurion House is HUGE! and strategically located 24 unit apartment community located at 4125 Sylvania Avenue - on the south side of Franklin Park/Westfield Mall. Each of our large 2 bedroom apartments can have the second bedroom as a den or home office that opens to your living room. The kitchens are large and include a snack bar and wonderful appliances. The master bedroom includes a walk-in closet. Each apartment has its own washer and dryer. Large windows provide lots of sunlight. Each apartment has electric heat, central air, and a security intercom system. Your pets will love living at Centurion House. In West Toledo you might also consider touring Heatherwick House of Old Orchard and Garden Arms of Westgate!!
12 month lease terms. $30 application fee, $300 security deposit, $50 processing fee.

We loved living there. My husband and I always joke that once we are old and gray we would love to come back a Read Morend finish out the rest of our lives at Centurion!

It seemed like the manager just wanted to get us in the apartment and didn't care about our needs. The buildin Read Moreg is worn down and not taken care of AT ALL. Just pull into the parking lot and look at the windows. The screens on the windows have tape on them. There isn't enough parking for the residents that live there. If you have guests (or maybe even you yourself), they will have to park across the street at the mall. The smell of the hallways are really bad. The size of the apartment is nice but for the quality, it is WAY OVERPRICED. The apartment is off a busy street, that doesn't have enough parking and isn't even Sylvania Schools... A lot of people are willing to pay extra for school districts, but this apartments district is Washington Local. You can live in a 2 bdrm Sylvania district apartment for around 100 dollars less and way better management and maintenance. The dishwasher overflows and doesn't get fixed. AC is absolutely horrible. For an apartment complex that prides themselves with central air, I would have expected it to actually work... Walls and closets have been painted over so many times. Again, nothing is replaced or taken care of. This place could have a lot of potential if it had the right owners and was maintained and well kept. You can find better for cheaper. I'm so glad we don't live there anymore.
