    Apartment was not move in ready. Would not prorate. Apartment severely lacking. Walls are thin so you can hear neighbors music . Screen doors do not lock. After your lease is up they raise rent $100 plus and to do month to month the raise plus an extra $150 on top of it. Hallways also smell like cat spray. Cant wait to get out of here!

    Hello. We are sorry to hear about the issues you had with the move-in at your apartment. We would be happy to address any maintenance issues you are having. Please contact the Property Manager and we will be happy to take a look at any maintenance issues. Rents are increasing along with the cost associated with maintaining the property and also continuing to upgrade the property in ways that will continue to alleviate many of the concerns you addressed. We have only been managing this property for a year and we have many more improvements slated; however we are sorry to hear that you are disappointed.
