We enjoy the apt here, very spacious and perfect for the price. 2 story, 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath. Landlord is very nice! Great place.

I came to brookside Manor as a last resort when I couldn't find any available houses for rent in Urbana. It has turned out to be the best last option I could have hoped for. These apartments have 1 and 1/2 bathrooms which is awesome when you have 3 kids! The outside is beautiful and reminds me of being in the country .The best part of this complex is it so quiet.I hardly ever hear my neighbors which is why I dreaded moving into an apartment but it is overall quiet and well taken care of.
