I should have never moved here. The first week I was here my bathroom shower leaked from the apartment above. Read MoreIt took over a month to get fixed. I had to call more than once and then the maintenance staff left my door open. Then today 04/05/2018 it took me 10 phone calls to get a maintenance tech to come out in an emergency after I called at 3 in the morning from being awaken to a leaking living room ceiling. After all the phone calls and 2 hours later someone finally arrived AFTER the ceiling had started to collapse from the water (which made a down pour) in my living room. I expressed to the intake person this was an emergency as I have an asthmatic disabled child in the home. Still no sense of urgency. The maintenance tech who arrived was nice but the process of not having a pager service with onsite maintenance under emergency conditions definitely doesn't make the 900+ I pay ON TIME monthly worth it. Now I have to wait days for the leak to be repaired with the awful smell of wet drywall in my unit. Completely unacceptable. Not to mention last month I got a letter stating my rent was late when the office staff was present when I WALKED the money order inside the rental office. Only to have to make 2 trips and stand over the the leasing agent as she went thru stacks of checks and payments alike to find my payment stuffed in the unorganized pile.

Love this apartment complex!! Great people, Great Staff.... I use to live here and everyone was great. I stil Read Morel have friends I visit about once a month and they love it. recommend if anyone is looking for a one or two bedroom apartment in West Chester

My experience with Lakota Lake Apartments was excellent. There were newsletters letting residents know if upco Read Moreming events within the community and locally. New residents were welcomed within the newsletter and there was always a special story on a resident. I especially loved the path around the lake-it was a good walk and very serene. There are more amenities here than any other complex I've lived in or visited while still being at a decent price.

Bed bugs running rampant. Only got them after several preventative treatments. Staff was unwilling to release Read Moreus of last months rent although we were moving what stuff we didn't throw away. Cleaned the apartment very thoroughly on the last day of our lease and did not receive the deposit back. Took maintenance weeks to fix problems in the apartment and when they did show up the problems never got fixed. Kids running through the halls made it very difficult to sleep. Upkeep inside sub par.

We have been aggressively treating for bed bugs which has reduced the occurrences significantly. We pay for any/all pest control and take this issue very seriously. Any instances are treated immediately & professionally to ensure the problem is resolved. If you feel that your deposit was not returned in error please contact me at firstname.lastname@example.org. All work orders are typically completed within 48 hours. I urge residents to call me directly if ever we miss anything.
