      I called the office about a good 3 times and left messages for my calls to be returned each time. Yet no one ever answered the phone or returned my calls. I was a potential resident trying to inquire about details regarding the apartment homes and what all i needed to do in order to apply, deposit, other fees etc. I sent an email, and no one ever emailed me back. I can only imagine how hectic it would be living at this property when the office/leasing staff lack knowledge of effective communication which u would think would be easy to do.

      I just contacted them through a rental website and the community manager responded within a day. I will be following up with her! You don't have many any choices on the stars, I gave a 5 for quick response!

      The place is out dated. Kitchen very small and needs a face lift. Yard is very nice. Maintenance was great. The outside of the building could use a power wash.

      The quality of the apartment was poor. The insulation was inadequate which caused the electric bill to be extremely high. The furnace broke down and management tried to say that it was still in working condition.

      The townhouse we rented was decent. It had new carpet and paint. It was a three bedroom, one and half bath with a basement. I thought it was on the expensive side but it was in a decent neighborhood. My biggest complaint about the place was the parking. We were supposed to have two spaces, one directly behind our place and one in the spots further away. Our second spot was often taken and nothing was ever done about it. They need to paint house numbers on the parking places for each unit.
