    Quiet. Safe. The apartments construction is cheap and our neighbors had a big mold problem but the location us perfect for us.

    The apartments are not very well insulated and the winter months are cold. Electric bills should not be this high for an apartment of this size.

    the community was very cold, The staff was not friendly and there was a few issues that kept getting over looked when addressed. Dog waste was a big one, trash and noise issues. There also was never enough parking for the units. We always had to park along the roads, in front of the mailboxes...ect

    Mold and mildew problem promises to fix but never done.cold sir coming threw master bedroom floor water leakage from wall in master bathroom extremely high utility bills in the winter due to lose of insulation

    NOT ENOUGH STORAGE. NOT ENOUGH PARKING. RENT IS TOO HIGH. YOU CAN HEAR EVERYTHING THROUGH THE WALLS. The gym is hardly a gym.
