Just relocated here recently from out of town and the staff has been nothing but incredibly helpful in making Read Morethis a smooth move for us. They were great at communicating with me throughout the process and showed me what was coming available for my timeframe. We just recently moved in and have been nothing but happy with our new townhome! We went to a few other locations that were similar but were really impressed by the renovations done here and the specials, which was the icing on the cake when it came to our decision. Any maintenance issue that has been reported has been handled in a timely manner and the staff is always there to help! We're excited to be residents here and can't thank the staff enough for making it so easy for us!

This place is seriously the worst. You might think thats a joke or an exaggeration but I promise you its not.T Read Morehe office staff are the greatest bunch of people, until you actually move in. Then, as long as you pay your rent on time, they truly could not careless about you. They have an amazing new gym, great club house and have just gotten new patio furniture. Well, the pool was closed all summer and still had a leak so Im not expecting it to open this summer either. The gym has amazing new equipment that you can only access from the hours of 9-6 (of course those arent the weekend hours). So if you have a job that requires you to work during normal business hours you can just window shop at the gym because even if you get there before 6 they will ask you to leave when they do. Finally, that beautiful clubhouse. They bought in a new coffee machine was works 50% of the time, they used to have refreshement in the fridge but stopped carrying those and have had the cancel (at last minute) 50% of the parties they have planned since taking ownership. Which I guess if they were baseball players would be a pretty good record but as a Mangagment company its not so hot. There are all just problems with the front office. They have done a really nice job of painting cracks in walls and putting pretty new cabinets up. So, if those are the things you care about this place will be perfect for you. If not, keep looking.
