Hunter's Chase

I lived in the first floor and unfortunately, found out very quickly that these apartments were not well insulated. Several times over the winter, I would find that the excess water in my shower had frozen, sometimes to the point where my pipes we're frozen. I spent a lot of money on heating and really did not keep the temperature in my apartment warm at all. The heating system was also very loud, making it nearly impossible to watch tv without having to frequently adjust the volume.

The atmosphere inside the rental office is not as cheerful and friendly as it once was.

Overall hallway cleaning not as clean as first also dogs are a real prid And dog pickup not monitored well enouhj

The management was incredibly strict regarding broken leases. The charges to break the lease were pennies less than paying for an additional 7 months on the contract. My circumstances changed due to my employer, and there were currently no open rentals with 2 bedrooms, so they could have quickly found a new renter if they'd tried. I opted to pay out the lease and let it sit empty. They also refused to return the deposit citing excessive wear. I had been in residence 4 months.

Going into my 4th year as a resident at hunters chase, I love the location because it truly is in the heart of Westlake. The amenities from the gym, car vacuums , pool etc. are something you don’t see at the average apartment. Their staff has to be one thing that keeps me here. The fast action from maintenance specifically Rumeal is impeccable due to his dependability & reliability, it reflects how they care for their tenants.

My husband and i have been here almost 2 years and we have no complaints. The maintenance team has always been super responsive and friendly. Rumeal is awesome and always goes the extra mile when we need something!

Honestly living here is good but the best part by far is our maintenance supervisor Rumeal. He’s so friendly, knowledgeable and he always gets the job done for us. As long as he’s around we’ll definitely stay too.

We have lived at Hunter’s Chase Apartments for the past 6 years. We love it here. The pool is beautiful and the fitness center is great. The property is always clean and well maintained. Rumeal is our favorite employee!! He’s always quick with a smile and a friendly hello and has been very prompt with any maintenance issues in our apartment. We were having issues with our patio door and Rumeal, realizing it couldn’t be fixed, got a a new one right away! It means something to have a person who cares and makes sure the job is done correctly. Good employees like Rumeal is one of the reasons we have decided to stay here!!

I've been living at Hunter's Chase for almost two years, and I've truly enjoyed my experience living here so far. From the moment I moved in, the staff has been welcoming and attentive. Any appliance/maintenance concerns I've raised have been promptly addressed by the friendly maintenance team. In particular, I want to give a special shout-out to Rumeal who's gone above and beyond to ensure any issues were addressed efficiently. The location is another huge plus. It's conveniently located near Crocker Park, making it easy to run errands or enjoy a night out without having to travel far. Overall, I would highly recommend checking out this wonderful apartment complex!

I lived at Hunters Chase for three years. The first management was not great but then we learned how much better they were when Banyan management moved in. The staff is terrible and have no customer service skills once you move in. They will be great until you sign the contract. The staff is very unprofessional and have no care in the world for their residents. They went as far as cleaning out our side of the garage before we moved out and not caring when we told them our possessions were stolen. They will not do anything in a timely manner and COVID is another excuse. Please do not move there if you want management to care and treat you like a customer.

We love it here! Office staff is very professional and ready to remedy any situation. Maintenance issues are handled quickly! Many perks! I love how close we are to the highway and Crocker Park! A great community with modern apartments.

We absolutely LOVE living at Hunter's Chase! Not only is the location prime, the apartments are beautiful. They are updated with quartz counter tops, wood planked flooring, super soft carpet and beautiful sink counters. They also have great storage! Every unit gets an outdoor closet for storage (we bought a shelving unit and it works perfectly) and one spot in a two car garage. The clubhouse has a business center and a well-equipped gym. The outdoor kitchen/grill is awesome and we are really looking forward to using the pool this coming summer! There's also a gas firepit that is gorgeous. Management is the BEST! We have lived in multiple apartment complexes in multiple cities around the state and have never had service like this. They are responsive & really pleasant to work with and maintenance is SUPER quick to fix issues too. There are a ton of dogs around (all well behaved) so if you have a dog, this is a great place to live! The only reason we will be moving out in the future is because we purchase a house. If you're interested in HC, definitely do yourself a favor and schedule a tour. You will love it here!
