      I have lived at CedarWood for 5 years and havent experienced anything negative yet. My apartment is spacious with plenty of closet space. I do have a patio and love enjoying it during summer time. Candiss Petric who is the leasing agent at Cedarwood is very nice and seems to care about her tenants. I have always received a call back if Ive ever left a message. That goes also for any maintenance requests, they return your call quickly. I hope to live here many more years. The area is perfect.

      Have been living there for 2years garbage get empty once a week too many people for that garbage stays on ground all the time. Haven't had outside window washed the flowers bed in the pictures haven't seen them yet but rent keep going up.

      Residents went 36 plus hours with raw sewage and feces backing up into their bathtubs and toilets and property management did nothing! The property manager pocketed a $300 pet deposit, which I did receive back because I had the written receipt to prove it! The property manager tried to be sly and not enter the deposit into their computer system. The washers and dryers are constantly broken. The garbage is always overflowing, they need more dumpsters and refuse to get them, and charge a trash fee

      The maintenance guy never could fix anything or even call me back often when I had an issue. I had no heat for almost all of last winter and contacted the lease manager, maintenance, and the corporate office several times. Finally I contacted the city housing unit to get things done. Often I would get a rent bill that was not accurate and was recieving threatening letters over .25! Even though they miscalculated and actually owed me .50, but that I never got! It was dirty, garbage everywhere.
