The place has been ok to me for the past couple of years but this year has really exposed the place as bad. Even before, my AC stopped working and it took them months to fix it, but I still managed. Recently, they got rid of garage space to do to fixes, which is fine, but without any sort of idea how this would affect the people that live here. I now can't leave my apartment after like 6 PM especially on the weekends or else there just won't be a place for me to park. Maybe if i parked all the way in the back and walked 15 minutes to the front, but regardless, there are so many non residents parked everywhere (no parking pass sticker on windshield) and management will do nothing about it. They also refuse to say if garage spots will be returned to those who have them after the repairs are done. Everyone who works here does not care about you or you problems, don't even bother. Not to mention the roaches that have started to appear this year. Currently working on finding a new place to live as I cannot live a normal life here anyone. Please do not move in here unless you absolutely have to, for your mental and physical well being.

You get what you pay for. If youre looking for somewhere where you can have a refrigerator that doesnt work, a/c that blows warm air and black mold THEN LOOK NO FURTHER! Whats that you say? You also want to live in a giant high rise apartment with people that only live here because of section 8 housing? Then this is the place for you! Whats your idea of a weekly schedule? Dont go to work all week then party from Friday afternoon until Monday morning? Youll fit in just fine here! All jokes aside this place is okay if youre just looking for a place to sleep and its all you can afford. I would suggest looking elsewhere if you value your health.

I used to live here bout a year ago. Had to moved because my apartment had bad water damage and a lot of black mold. And they refused to fix it. So I had to break my lease.

I visited the apartment complex 1/27/2018. The young lady giving tour of the model apartment was polite and friendly. She was very professional. A pleasant experience. Thinking about moving here.
