I absolutely love Greenbriar Village and the staff there. Elaine in the office is awesome. I moved to Columbus and I miss the sanity of Greenbriar. I've been paying $1523 for rent, nice 2 bedroom townhome, but the rent is too high. Greenbriar does not gouge their residents like that. Looking forward to moving back real soon!!!

I absolutely love Greenbriar!!! I lived there for 2 years and am trying to get back in 2023. I cannot for the life of me understand the low ratings. When i was there Elaine and Bob did everything in their power to be helpful and fair. Come live where i am now in Columbus, the service is poor, the rent is high for 2 bedroom townhouse ($1523) and I miss a staff that actually cares about your problems. I went without heat this past winter for days and the maintenance simply gave me space heaters. That would never happen at Greenbriar. I long to get back to sanity.

Tried calling emailing everything. Customers service is trash!!! I am homeless. House just burnt down I have plenty of money. These people are horrible and should be fired!! Get new managers. Period.

Great place to live horrible insight and with corporate . My ex neighbor shot a gun through my wall while I was asleep nothing was done , my current neighbor lets there dog poop in courtyard still there and it stinks with this heat

I tried for months to get an appartment. These people always say there is nothing available, but they still advertise. I came close to being homeless and there was no compassion.
