Encore is a nice community! The thing that makes it great is the whole staff ! Love all of them the only problems that I ever have are that the parking can be a struggle at times and the trash services only seems to get the trash half the time ! Please understand that I think the apartments are being I was only suggesting that maybe change the walk color or give them an accent wall something to make them feel more alive ! And maybe do something about the bath tubs every time you get in weather its to take a shower or a bath its the loudest cracking creaking noise Ive ever heard ! Put it this way your neighbors know when your bathing besides those little suggestions I am happy tk call myself a resident of encore ! Leanne and her staff go above and beyond to make this feel like home to all and I know they sure have for me

2019 pool party was a lot of fun! Tacos, chips, sodas, & music was excellent!! Thanks to our great staff for putting it all together!
