1. The rent.com website said you cover some utilities but found out you dont cover any.2. We visited your place and many items were mandatory that We didnt feel we needed to pay so we arent choosing Battlecreek . IE Valet Trash and Alarm.3. Animal deposit was high also.Thank you for the time Brittany took to show us around.

Don't live here you will have bugs you will never get anything fixed if it breaks and if your apartment floods they don't care.

I've enjoyed living here as I moved from another Greystar property in Ft Worth, TX so I'm familiar with the company and how well they take care of their properties. So when I moved to Tulsa, I looked up their locations.

I recommend The Heights at Battle Creek to anyone looking for a place to call home.

I recently moved in (less than a week ago) and so far everything has been great. Maria and the office staff worked diligently during my acceptance and waiting process to help me get settled. I was allowed to view the model unit several times before moving in to get ideas on how I wanted to style my apartment. I also was able to come in and measure the windows for curtains. Upon moving in everything went great. The apartment was amazing. I did have a few minor things I needed to submit maintenance requests for, but maintenance came and fixed everything promptly. They also took some things that were too large for me to carry to the dumpster for me. I am really excited about being a resident and am sure that the upcoming months will be just a great.

Agradable lugar para vivir

After taking them 6 months to come inspect a dishwasher that's been broken since moving in, and calling them multiple times, I finally got my dishwasher fixed. There's multiple other things that I listed wrong with the apartment when we moved into our apartment in January that havent even been addressed. Now I would like to talk to whoever is in charge and running everything and noone can even tell me who to contact. Not a bad area of town, but bad management, so it's a terrible place to live. I have regretted it since a few months after moving in.

My apartment was super clean when I moved in and everything looked great! The amenities are really nice and the office staff is amazing. Great place to live!
