1. The rent.com website said you cover some utilities but found out you dont cover any.2. We visited your place and many items were mandatory that We didnt feel we needed to pay so we arent choosing Battlecreek . IE Valet Trash and Alarm.3. Animal deposit was high also.Thank you for the time Brittany took to show us around.

Don't live here you will have bugs you will never get anything fixed if it breaks and if your apartment floods they don't care.
