I am a little disappointed in the quality of the apartment amenities. The appliances are low grade along with the cabinetry and the counter tops. Carpet is cheap. For being a luxury apartment, things are low quality.

If people wouldn't let their doors slam when they come and go I would give an excellent rating. This isn't a reflection on Villas, this is a reflection on people being inconsiderate and rude.
