Wow, I certainly do have a lot to say about this apartment complex, but I will start off by saying that this management staff/ company is ONLY OUT FOR YOUR MONEY. The rent let alone, is WAY too high. What you get verses what you pay for is absolutely crazy!!! I really do regret ever signing a lease with this complex, but THANK goodness I only choose a 9 month lease!!!

The method of floating rent is not well received in this market. Two neighbors paying drastically different rents for the same unit creates distrust in management. After my 12 months was up, I needed just 2-3 month extra. The resulting increase (month to month) was extremely higher than the published fee for my same unit. The girls in the office and the maintenance guys were always helpful and kind. The railing around the complex created bottle-neck parking. Suggestion: Create walkup on NE corn

SC Bodner advertises 1201 At Covell Village as Edmond's newest luxury community . The building was put together as fast as humanly possible. Maintenance thinks a regular TV system trips a 10 amp breaker. Door handles installed upside down. Nonfunctional air conditioning for consecutive days in summer. Poor accountability. Uncandid office staff. Non-standardized pricing per unit. I could go on.
