District SIX10

I love living at DistrictSIX10! Very helpful and friendly staff love where I live now at DistrictSIX10 the new management are very professional attending to the tenants maintenance request in a timely manner to ensure all work orders are done and then go that extra mile by contacting the tenants to ensure the work was completed . Under the new management different events are planned by the management whether it be a candy grams for Valentines Day or having pizza party on the property for events and upgrading the laundry room into a fitness/gym. I'm grateful to have a SRO officer that live in our community that monitor the property daily just adding that extra security of safety. I just want to give a big shoutout to the hard working staff at DistrictSIX10 that work tireless daily to ensure the tenants are safe and that the community is kept clean the overall experience is just refreshing espicially moving from a area in which money meant more then the upkeep of the property and the safety of the tenants.I would highly recommend this apartment and company! I live at DistrictSIX10 Apartments in Lawton,Ok and so far I've had no problems getting things done it's a great place to live I'd give it 5 stars.

Summit Village has always treated me well. Recently, the office staff and Maintence has changed. The old office staff treated their residents better. They had more Maintence guys and they got work orders done in a timely fashion. Now, you have to remind them about 5 times.

The staff is extremely helpful and attentive. Everyone has a smile on their face and excited to go above and beyond to help me. If there is an issue with the apartment, Shane and Daniel are quick to solve the problem. Great Staff! The girls in the front office are awesome!
