Pecan Valley Apartments Resident
I've lived her for almost 2 years. The entirety of those two years, one dryer has been out of service. Now the Read Morere are 3 dryers that are out of service in the laundry room. Doing laundry for the last couple of weeks has been a freaking nightmare. There's money available to remodel and redecorate but not to maintain the equipment? Very unsatisfied. Won't refer anyone until the laundry room is up to standards to accommodate the residents.

Plusses: very responsive staff, quiet area, centrally located, people with noisy car stereos are asked to turn Read More it down or leave, lots of decent mature long term residents. Minuses: no covered parking, poor roof nsulation in upstairs units, windows need to be laminated double pane to mitigate sound.
