I have no issues with this apartment complex. The staff is friendly and responsive. The apartment conditions are stellar. I've had issues with previous apartment complexes taking shortcuts and providing poor service. The Icon is definitely the best renting experience I have ever had.

I have yet to experience any problems since moving in the end of last year. A couple of maintenance requests I submitted at the very beginning were handled immediately and professionally. They are easy to contact and don't intrude on my living quarters or regular daily life. I'm really happy to have chosen The Icon.
