    Make sure you take pictures of everything when doing the inventory sheet at move-in or they will charge you for damage that was already there!! They refused our request to be present at final walk through and charged us $587.04 for carpet damage when this was already listed on the inventory sheet and requested to be replaced. Make sure you document everything!!

    The office and maintenance staff is very friendly and courteous of my needs as a resident here. I have had to call in for work request a couple times and the office is understanding of my concern as well as the maintenance guys are quick to respond.

    The lady staff is very unprofessional and rude . Wanted to lease but changed her mind due to the way she approached me .Dont recommend it to know one
