    Copperfield is under new local management with new maintenance staff. This group of professionals is responsive, friendly, and willing to work to make things the best they can. It's like living in an entirely new place. I'm glad I stuck around!

    The apartment complex is not as great as their advertisement scheme. Staff does not uphold rules or contract- they don't even keep their own office hours. Apartments are OLDER than the demo they show so make sure you know what you're getting into. There are homeless people that come here daily. Unless your safety and quality of living don't matter to you- don't move here.

    Moved in over the summer and loved the pool and shade from the trees. Maintenance have been good and the new office team are nice. I have a townhome and it feels like a nice stand alone home.

    It would be nice to have a workout room for indoor exercise. I am glad we have a swimming pool. Parking is sometimes a problem after 7:00pm
