This place deserves 0 stars. If an inspector came out to inspect these places they would be condemned un liveable!! This place is a lawsuit waiting to happen. If I were you, I would look elsewhere to live.

Stolen Review Agreed! My apartment was vacant for a whole month, no water usage at all and bill $154. How? Rent is high and water is supposed to be a separate bill. Maybe the owners want to make money off of water. Corporate owners are greedy. I've lost trust in landlords. Just the name is gross. 106-dollar water bill. No meter, they just guessed. Thieves. I used to like it here. I hate it now. They bully you. Don't care just want more money. Greedy This review is about owners CEOs not staff

I want to rate higher, but the things that cause me to rank lower are things I feel are customary for apartments. I honestly really do enjoy my apartment, but I feel like a lot more issues have come up in my first month, than should have. I've lived here for a month and over all the price for the space and quality are probably one of the best you can find in a 20mile bubble of OKC. As far as maintenance, Tomas does his best to respond as soon as possible, which I really appreciate. However, this is where the negatives start. I believe I shouldn't move into an apartment that had a noticeably dripping shower (Tomas came and fixed it within an hour). Let alone, a dishwasher that was black with mold, yet the solution was to deep clean it, not replace it. I'm understanding of budgets, but who knows how far this mold has gone into the system that you can't reach. I'm not sure how much cleaning was done after the previous tenant, perhaps they were just very filthy, but every week I swiffer my floors and the pads are FILTHY. Which makes me question how clean my carpets are. I'll emphasize again, that I don't know how dirty the tenants before me were and it may be their fault, not the apartment faculty. I'd also suggest to management that you update your website. You currently advertise that you get free cox installation AND first month free... but apparently only the free installation is true. When I asked the office about the first free month I was told that its only the installation that is free, not the month of wifi. However I had to still pay for a new modem, because you're pre-installed modem didn't connect to my account Perhaps its just my luck and experience, because this place is truly a good value for your money, but it hasn't come without its hiccups. As I said earlier, regarding Maintenance, Tomas has been wonderful and very responsive. I get it some issues aren't apparent until a place becomes lived in. Bottom line, I wouldn't discourage anyone from living here. If you come across issues in whatever apartment you take over, they typically get resolved quickly which is great. However, the false advertising of a free month of wifi bothers me, even though it's not that big of an issue or is it why I chose to live here, I just don't being lied to.

I thought this was a great looking apartment complex. Everything looks brand new! Wow love it! 😊

Ridiculous application fees with nonexistent communication only for them to maybe approve you on a way high end income

I thought this would be a nice place to reside the room in the Apts dont make me feel cramped. I have had nothing but problems from day one. I bombed my apt for roaches before I could move any thing in. Got moved in the electric plug in on the sink side didn’t work. The toilet is as as small as for a child just barely came up to the middle of the calf of my leg. The laundry room door keeps falling off. I have had my heat go out a few times and even catching fire at the breaker box. The master bath shower will not drain and now I have sewer water filling up and running over in my kitchen. I have made maintenance requests many time on each problem. Called the emergency line many times. No one ever called and rarely showed up. My son is an electrician who fixed the plug in and said it was rigged with electricians tape. My other son in law changed out my toilet after 3 months of the telling me “it’s on order”, so I went to Home Depot and purchased one for $119 because as I told them my knees don’t bend but didn’t matter to them. My apt stink now due to the sewer back up draining in my apt. I have called to get the emergency line but it says we are not in at this time leave a message and we will return your call. I’ve put in a emergency request on the portal and called wedgewood emergency line asking for help. Can’t get any maintenance from here or the sister Apts Wedgwood to call me back or come and stop the sewer from coming into my apt. DONT MOVE HERE

The office staff is by far the most Amazing group of Ladies! They will go above and beyond for their tenants. For being so close to Expressway, it is very quite. They keep the grounds clean and do their absolute best to make sure everything with you home is in good working condition.

I have lived in two different apartments over here and haven’t had NO PROBLEMS and when I did, It got DONE. It’s a nice friendly place to live. The Team in the office are very friendly and Understanding. Yes I would Recommend Living Here.

Esplanade is one of the responsive properties that I know of! The office staff always has a positive attitude and the maintenance staff is FANTASTIC! They’re available around the clock! Bonus: there’s coffee in the office!

Here is just sample of what I’ve dealt with this year stuck on a lease. I also rented the apt because I wanted a fireplace, come to find out, during winter they told us that our fireplaces were not functional. I was also out of a shower for almost 2 months. The flooding of MY apt finally stopped, but neighbors still standing sewage in their apartments. The trash looked like this out my back door daily. The flies were unbearable. I also had to constantly spray to keep from getting roaches. This past year has been a nightmare and I am ECSTATIC to get out of here!! Please go elsewhere.
