The best part about the apartment is the Kitchen faucet has a removable head. Other than that the apartment h Read Moreas many downfalls. I lived on the bottom floor and the apartment flooded 5 times in less than a year due to rain, they did nothing to remedy the problem. They had to remove the carpet to replace the padding (which was done over a three week period) . Anytime I was away and it was raining I had to constantly worry about my things getting ruined. Every time my upstairs neighbor took a step I could hear exactly where they were walking. I was never able to park in front of my building due to a limited amount of parking spaces. The high ceilings increased the electric bill during the winter months. The dryers constantly underperformed due to horrible placement of the dryer hose. I'm pretty sure the person who was in charge of installing the wiring the electric lines didn't care about doing a good job. Light bulbs had to be constantly changed (three times in two weeks, from the same outlet) . The bad wiring ruined a brand new paper shredder. If you leave the blinds open you'll constantly see dogs relieving themselves right out of your back porch. (only a few people pick up the dog messes and the smell makes it's way into the living room) . If you have any issues that need addressing the front desk doesn't answer their phones. You'll always have to make a personnel appearance to get anything done. I'm pretty sure they screen phone calls. Make sure when you move out you give them 60 days notice, they try to sneak that in.

Mangers were horrible Violated many health codes (overflowing trash on Saturdays, dog feces everywhere, overf Read Morelowing dog feces trash bins) Staff refused to help me with my move out. I had to call the regional manager just to get anything done. Repairs took more than the allotted legal time Was promised a dog park, was not reimbursed for never getting one. Pool opened late and we did not get reimbursed but received a pass to a horrible water park. Mail still isn't being forwarded.

It's a good place to live but i wish the rules were enforced. Loud music is a problem as well as people putti Read Moreng out trash before they are supposed to.

We also have a courtesy patrol company that is on call for these types of issue's if you call the office phone number they will dispatch them to address the issue immediately. I really enjoyed our physical apartment. I liked the layout and the overall look. However there were a lot of Read Moreissues with the management there. No one was ever on the same page. There were a couple times where we received a package in the front office but we were never notified about it (one such incident involved time sensitive information). Parking was also a constant hassle since there aren't enough spots for how close together the buildings are.
