So happy to be out of this complex! So many issues while living there. Had a guy try to break into my fourth floor apartment, by climbing over the balcony divider, while I was laying in bed and the manager at the time told me it was just "boys being boys". About two months prior to this happening I came home one night and my whole apartment smelled like straight weed! The same neighbor had smoked so much in their apartment that it came through the vents. Security was called and the complex, again, did nothing about it! So good for the drug free/safe community! Smh! The girl above me locked her barking dogs out on the balcony ALL THE TIME, multiple videos sent/shown to staff that were swept under the rug. For the price you pay, it was a major let down to feel like I was living in a college dorm! I wouldn't recommend my worst enemy rent from this place. The apartment complex itself was amazing, but the staff sucks! Found out that there is a new manager, so hopefully she will be making some changes around the place and with some of the old staff for the sake of the current tenants.

The facilities are beautiful, although there are many construction issues, from the surrounding street conditions to flooding issues in the units.

The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. The grounds are beautiful and very well maintained. The amenities are superb. Not only are they very responsive to maintenance requests but they are very proactive with the upkeep of the entire facility.

The Edge is located in a prime area for convenience. The pool is nice but unheated and therefore unusable in the early season of summer and into early July. The Recreation room with pool table is mostly pretty since it's not available after 6pm but does have refreshments when it is open and it's completely closed on Sundays. The upper sun deck and the dog area is great. The workout room is the the best quality BUT doesn't have enough leg weights. Quality of workmanship is poor quality.

My wife and I feel like we are living in a resort property. The design and amenities of The Edge are unique and fantastic. The property management team are extremely friendly and professional and does outstanding work from hosting special events to keeping the pools, grills, spa, workout equipment, and property in pristine condition. We have made so many friends with other residents it has become our community.
