Look at other options in Deep Deuce and compare wisely. Spending over $1000 a month for this location, a tenant should not have to deal with broken doors, trash in stairs, cars parking wherever they want, and zero interaction or connection with front office. After trying to get things fixed and rarely ever getting done, you just stop caring. The men that work maintenance need more support, but front desk staff just throws all responsibility on the guys working overtime. They just put in requests and forget about them, and throw blame around. Maywood did offer events, meals, and get together for tenants and they quit doing it once the restaurants opened. I would not suggest living here to others, as the services I was promised when I moved in are no longer honored. It is a struggle to get anyone in the front desk to get things done. We are NEVER informed of problems. You find out by coming home if the front doors are broken, lights out, alarms going off, trash in stairwells, etc.. The corporate office does not value feedback- I've had to call multiple times for various reasons and continually get the runaround. During your walk through, they will create a different light than what it is actually like to live here. Apartments (interior) are nice, neighbors keep to themselves, and it COULD be an amazing property, but with all the minor issues I suggest looking at other properties in the neighborhood to compare. Trash, filth, lack of up-keep and follow through with staff has this place lacking what defines 'luxury living'

THE NOISE IS HORRIBLE, NOT WELL BUILT I CAN HEAR MY NEIGHBOR UPSTAIRS WALKING ALL THE TIME. OVER PRICED FOR THE LACK OF QUALITY. WINDOWS ARE NOT INSULATED, IN THE WINTER I GOT SICK TWICE A MONTH & HAD TO SLEEP WITH A KNIT HAT ON MY HEAD. DON'T DO IT, YOU WILL REGRET IT...

I would give zero stars if that were an option!! Do not live here!!! I repeat DO NOT LIVE HERE!! Im moving out the second my lease is up!! The management is horrible and rude! Ive even tried calling their corporate office and they are even more horrible!! The neighbors above me drag their furniture across the floor, stomp around and have an out of control dog who jumps around! Im woken up EVERY SINGLE NIGHT!! They do absolutely NOTHING about noise complaints! And their corporate office response was people can live how they want. I was out of my apt for 9 days because the people above me had a flood from the sprinklers going off from a fire and I got ZEROOOOO COMPENSATION and their attitude towards me was as if I was the problem!! They claim after a certain number of noise complaints the tenant is evicted. At this point have given over 25 and called their courtesy officer who said well the floors arent insulated very well. It is not worth to pay the rent I pay and get zero sleep from all the noise and get treated like less than from the people running this place. HORRIBLE!! DO NOT LIVE HERE!!
