My roommate and I have lived here for over 23 years. The office has given an offer in writing to renew our lease for 1 more year and now they are saying they cannot honor that offer and are forcing to move to another unit and pay higher rent. They say our unit needs to be renovated. Our unit has already been renovated in 2018. The office has admitted they made a mistake by giving us the 1 year offer. My roommate and I are both disabled. It is very for us to move. The apartments are ok but the office will mislead you.

Ive been trying for over a month to get transferred to a renovated apartment and all Ive gotten so far is empty promises and lies. Every time I go into the office they take my name, number, and apartment number and assure me theyll have an answer for me soon but this has happened about a dozen times now and nothing has happened. Its pathetic.

I la-la-love what this new management company is doing! The new owner has changed the whole feel of the place. The new staff is competent and honest. Maintenance is getting done. It's awesome!

I have called and visited. I was asked to leave a number to be called. I have yet to receive a callback. I still see rentals available online but keep being told nothing available when I go there.
