I dont live there but a friend of mine does and let me just tell you, the only other review on here is a complete lie. Dont let this place fool you! I wish I could rate these people lower. Theyve had 4 apartment managers since March and havent had ac in im not sure how long.

A quiet oasis nestled in the city! It's quiet the apartments are spacious, the staff and maintenance go out of their way to help you. I can't say enough about The Villas in 50th. If you are wanting a nice, safe, quiet place to live but conveniently located to shopping, dining, and entertainment the The Villas on 50th is for you.
