      I had lived at the Warrington for over 4 years. The maintenance guys were great, but the front office likes to over promise and under deliver. Upon signing my 4th lease to stay in the community they offered me a free carpet cleaning as a bonus for staying with them. Well due to the ongoing pandemic I was unable to claim the carpet cleaning. I figured they would just use that when I moved out so they can get the entire area without anything in their way. Unfortunately that is not the case. They have since said that I will not be given the carpet cleaning and would be charged the full amount to have it cleaned. I have everything in writing they refuse to honor their promise.

      Older air condition/heater units lead to a high electric bill for the small size of apartments. Rent is increased substantially and provides no inventive to renew lease. Good tenants who pay rent on time should be rewarded come lease renewal

      Apartment complex is very clean. Very well maintained. The office staff is very nice and always pleasant. Ive put in a maintenance call two or three times and someone always show up within the day. I feel very safe here and would highly recommend the Warrington Apts.
