Older air condition/heater units lead to a high electric bill for the small size of apartments. Rent is increased substantially and provides no inventive to renew lease. Good tenants who pay rent on time should be rewarded come lease renewal

Apartment complex is very clean. Very well maintained. The office staff is very nice and always pleasant. Ive put in a maintenance call two or three times and someone always show up within the day. I feel very safe here and would highly recommend the Warrington Apts.
