Bugs, leaks, and work orders. Is all you will get from the apartments.

No, just like the other review said, Maintenance don get work done, They have insects issues and it is old building, Trash stays for long days and bad smell is a result. Cold air comes form windows, not proper installation. It is doomed, Not friendly staff, Do not move here.

Maintenance might be done, but only if the staff feels like it. The main residents of the complex are not people but rather cockroaches. I would not recommend that anyone move in here.

Promises are not kept, maintenance is terrible, handicapped parking not potected or regulated. Grounds and residents not held accountable on weekends or evenings.
