      As a former resident that lived there for 2 1/2 years, theres definitely some pros and cons. Pros : the location is quiet and nice, the property is clean, the Maintenance came out a decent time, they are slowly catching up with the times but the manager is old fashion prefers everything done in person. Cons: the manager of the property can be rude, she questions why youre asking certain questions and I think she shouldnt be in any type of Customer Service position. When certain rules are put out its not explained clearly(so DONT ASSUME ANYTHING even if the manager thinks its a stupid question still ask it). Not pet friendly. Too many requirements/restrictions on pets. Its best if you do have a pet to just find another place.

      Ive lived here in the pass. The carpets werent attractive. They wouldnt change the carpet until we moved out. Maintenance was good, they fixed issues. Like the seal on my bathtub. Once, the apartment next doors dishwasher malfunction and flooded our kitchen and dining room. Apts sent maintenance to dry carpet but manager would not replace our carpet. Every time we signed a new lease, our rent went up. They wouldnt let us see the apartment we were getting until after we signed a lease. That seems like a standard practice that Apartments do. I think there should be a LAW that requires apartments to show you the apartment you are getting so you can look elsewhere if you dont like the way the carpet looks.

      Called asking about the req. for leasing the lady that picked up the phone was very rude asking me why was i asking the questions that i was asking? Made me feel uneasy,so i decided to rent elsewhere
