i have lived here for 3 year's now and it's very quiet here. The manager is on it and runs a tight ship which I like. There's not a whole lot of kid's that live here which is probably why it's so quiet. I recommend this place and give it a two thumbs up

For the price and the location is pretty good. Not the greatest but good. The people are friendly and helpful when you need it and you'll have no problems what so ever. However there is a pet rent (about $15) and you have to pay a $500 pet despot (half is what you'll getting back). Plus is that you can split the cost with a money order. Good thing it isn't an easy find since you won't get unsavory people coming through.

Maintenance staff is excellent...typically respond the same or next day on work orders. Office staff is always friendly and helpful. They make great effort to keep the complex looking nice, by removing trash from the grounds, having weekly lawn service, etc. Complex has older residents, so very few party central issues. Parking can be a problem in areas of the complex where buildings are on both sides of the lots. Pools are nice and well maintained. Exercise area pretty limited.

Office Staff are friendly and helpful, they know me by name. Maintenance staff have come within 24 hours of a problem. It is quiet and we love living here.

There have been no issues to give them a lesser score. The experience has been great so far. I especially enjoy how the office staff is so friendly!
