I was never given login info for online use, and the few maintenance requests I made in person were never attended to.

Every time I've needed something I've never had a problem with it getting done. I really love living here.

Woodscape was an amazing move for me! From the first time I came to visit the apartments, to now, almost a year later... I still have no complaints. The office staff is AMAZING, always so nice and ready to take care of whatever concern I had. The maintenance is great, they've never came later than 24 hours on an non-emergency request. I feel extremely safe here, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend anyone to live here.

They screw me up on my rent price

I am very pleased living at Woodscape Apartment Complex. The grounds are very well maintained, and there is adequate lighting in the parking areas. We have security patrol. When I have a maintenance problem, my requests are responded to quickly, and the maintenance group is honest - they do not steal. I am treated respectfully by the staff as well as by the other tenants. There are no loud, boisterous parties. I have lived here 13-1/2 yrs. and do not plan to move.

I have lived at Woodscape for three years now and I am very happy here. I love my apartment and the cost is very reasonable witch is why I moved here in the first place. The grounds are clean and well kept. The staff is always very friendly and helpful. Anytime I have needed maintenance to take care of anything they have responded in a timely manner. One thing that attracted me to Woodscape was all the trees on the grounds. Very attractive and inviting

EDITED: DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!! There's over 30 1-star reviews since Vesta took over for a reason. None of us immediately came to Google to review. Getting into contact with owners doesn't help, because we've all tried it! THE OWNERS COULDN'T CARE LESS ABOUT THE PROPERTY! The swimming pool is still closed. Have lived here since before Vesta took over. Whenever it was Case & Associates, we never had any problems. Now that it's Vesta nothing ever gets done on time, EVER. We've had to put in 4 maintenance complaints about our broken window they broke putting in a window unit after living with NO A/C for 2 weeks. The pool was filled almost a month after Memorial day and, as of this review, it's still closed. The water gets shut off every 2-3 days and there's never reasons or times given, unless a miracle happens then you might get an email. Any questions that you ask the people at the leasing center about the problems you're always told that they have no idea what's going on with it. Don't get a lease here! If you want an apartment you should look elsewhere. $1400 to stay at a half kept up apartment really isn't worth it. They also blow all the lawn clippings onto your patio.

Well let's review day 3 of no Air Conditioner. Temperature range from 83 to 91 during the day.

I have a from the day I have moved the first of June ac problems The maintenance person thinks he gets it fixed and is not.

Moved in a month ago wouldn’t recommend unless you have no other choice, waters always off, random fees on the resident app, maintenance requests are never on time, laundry room always taking my money and other than Rachel and sky the people and the office are no help so good luck trying to get anything solved.

DO NOT RENT HERE!!! it is the worst place you can choose to live. I would give it a negative star if I could. people in the office are very lazy and every day you meet a new face in the office so you don’t know who’s in charge or who you have to talk to. hot water is often cut off. We got the apartment in a bad condition. Maintenance is very terrible. After we left they emailed to pay $1700 in damage costs and they denied the deposit we paid which was 550. The microwave was in a bad condition and we asked to change it they did not replace it so we ended up getting a new one.

Air conditioner personale was very nice and found the problem quickly and fixed it.

Good clean place and friendly staff lots of fun activities to do!!

Management is great and Nick & Coyote in the office are awesome! They were always quick to help us out whenever we had any problems. 👍🏻

They a good at fixing things when they break down

This place is amazing! I love my home here ---- it's safe & secure - clean & quiet. Maintenence is handled quickly and correctly. One simple phone call, and NIck is on top of whatever my needs may be --- this man is the best leasing agent I've ever dealt with.

SCAMMERS! BEWARE!! read the reviews on Google & FB. This place will con you and then play good cop, bad cop. I lived here and the apt next to me was broke in 3 times at gun point and they did nothing. I was apart of a crime scene and still nothing was done. Now im moved out and still getting screwed by them. ALWAYS GIVE CASHIER CHECKS AND NEVER TRUST THEIR WORD. I have spoken to corporate and the association. You have been warned, friends.
