      Have been here for only a few months. Location is good. Staff is friendly. Apartment was not cleaned as we expected it to be. Carpet very dirty. Miscellaneous food morsels and crumbs under kitchen stove. Cigarette butts all over the patio. They water the lawn entirely too much, then mow over standing water leaving unsightly mud tracks everywhere, this also causes a smell of a stagnant fish pond. Very unpleasant odor. Wondering why my water bill is so high, I am not using any more water than I did when I first got here and now it is $30 higher. Am I paying for your water bill also? Last note, beware of pet deposit!!!! it is for EACH pet, this was not stated on their website, very deceiving and very expensive. Pet rent is ridiculous, have never paid pet rent before and won't again. Wouldn't have taken this complex but we were on a time crunch. Will probably move when lease is up.

      Overall the apartments themselves are clean and the appliances in the apartment are very nice. The complex is very quiet so thats always a plus. Where the problem lies is in the staff. The maintenance crew does not know what they are doing they replaced my hot water heater and I guess forgot to turn a valve or something and I was out of hot water and when I called up there to get it fixed the office was closed so the answering service left a message and they finally came out the next day to fix it. You have to call up to the office and figure out how much you owe for water because they never send the bill out. Good luck getting your deposit back they charged me a $100 cleanup fee for an 8 ft. table, which is fine if I was told about the charge I would have taken care of it. I asked about the table before I was completely moved out and they told me it would be a small cleanup fee so I just left it. They wouldnt let me move in early so I waited until the 2nd to move in, when my lease was up I had to be out by the 31st for some reason which I will never understand. I was out by the 31st but the office was closed for the holiday so I got charged an extra day.

      The apartments are fairly well built and the staff is very responsive. I especially like the security patrols and how the grounds are maintained.

      you should try and place residents w/ animals and /or children in the same buildings/ do to the noise content.

      The apartments and grounds are beautiful. Maintenance crew is quick to respond to the resident's requests. Kitchen footage and storage is large and appliances are attractive and very up to date. This is an excellent location near most any type of type of shopping, business services, churches, restaurants, and medical care. Owasso Schools are great and school buses stop at this location.
