Remington Ranch

I tried to deal with the old manager Monica, but it turns out Amy lies just as well. This facility is the most poorly ran place I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. My daughter is being so mistreated that my next step will be my lawyer. I would also like to handle this on another platform. Amy does not have the authority to handle this, and her boss is on vacation. If someone with authority would like to reach out, I would like to talk. Maybe, before it rains inside her apartment again.

Not well kept. Office staff and maintenance completely unhelpful.

I wish I could show pics of my bathroom right now that they have taken a week to fix they told us we could come back and that we could use the shower again with some "finishing" touches. Right! There are no walls in my shower. We are a disabled family with 2 kids under the age of 13. And pay $1,025.00 a month to not use our shower for now 7 days!!! My floors were flooded and now smell like dog and mildew. I've spend 60.00$ alone on trying to clean the carpets myself. They are not trying to help with anything in the apartment. I've been as nice I as I possibly can to be blown off by management.

This is an amazing place everything is paid for when you pay your rent.. water trash cable and internet included

I had to move a friend out of there. the paint job was bad, the facility was poorly maintained. C-star properties are better staffed, I'd go there.

This place is taking advantage of low income citizens and students. Stop reading reviews and GO ANYWHERE ELSE in Stillwater. R. Ranch practices false advertising and the staff have zero management ethics. DO NOT SIGN anything unless they show you the exact apartment you’ll be offered. Trust me, the “model” apartment is not even close to what you’ll get. The staff blames everything on corporate decisions (supposedly in Kansas) while the manager hides in her office. If you want a good laugh, read their cute little “management difference” at the bottom of their home page. It reminds me of people we’ve all met, who try to convince you they are good people because they are scumbags in actuality. Don’t fall for it.

We have lived here for a year and really like living here. The staff is great. The rent includes all utilities including basic cable and WiFi. We live in a two bedroom which is very roomy and has a lot of storage.

lived here for about a month. happy so far, the apartments are pretty nice and so far fairly quiet as well. lots of storage everywhere but the kitchen. have had a few maintenance issues, but apartments have been good to communicate with

they have upgraded and look really nice.

Great staff and good apartments! Newly renovated and all of the pictures 100% match the actual apartments. If you’re looking for a nice place to stay come here! ❤️
