POTENTIAL RENTERS BEWARE! THEY ADVERTISE GATED HOWEVER THIS IS A JOKE! THE NEW OWNERS AND MANAGEMENT ARE HORRIBLE! IF YOU HAVE A MAINTENANCE ISSUE, TOO BAD FOR YOU, NOTHING GETS PASSED DOWN TO MAINTENANCE. THE OFFICE GIRL IS EXTREMELY RUDE AND UNCARING OF THE RESIDENTS NEEDS! DO YOURSELF A FAVOR, LOOK ELSEWHERE FOR A PLACE TO LIVE!!!!!!

I definitely recommend this complex they respond extremely quick and they are very nice and polite people to deal with! Their prices are good and they also have a gate community and that is great for security this day and age!

Horrible water leak in apt. Have standing water. Been leaking thru foundation for 6 days. No one can make a decision on how to fix it. Its affecting my health. Im getting sick.
