10/10 would not recommend. There have been a number of discrepancies regarding maintenance and management in less than 2 years of me living there. I had a leak behind my tiles going into the neighbors downstairs and was told I could not get the drywall wet in the shower by the Apt. After the maintenance men left there was a hole exposing my neighbors toilet, my clothes were covered in drywall dust (nothing was covered or taped off), my bath tub had debris in it and my carpet was left covered in drywall pieces. After multiple attempts to reach out of management it took them 5 days to return contact and when they did they asked ME if THERE WORK was complete. AFTER ONE WEEK the contractors FINALLY came to fix this and also did not clean up after themself. All the while the complex didnt make me aware once of their entry into my apartment. When this was brought to the managers attention she told me she would contact another contractor and I did not hear anything else until I reached back out. It took me getting an attorney to here back and get the work completed. They are refusing to prorate my rent for the now 2 weeks it took for them to fix it and/or let me out of my lease. Not to mention I submitted a maintenance request December 1, 2022 for 4 building lights to be replaced and here we are March 28, 2023 and they still have not been fixed. Ultimately management is reckless and lacks severe communication skills and maintenance does shoddy work. Beware.

Do not rent from these crooks. My daughter put down all the required deposits. I was to be her cosigner. Her circumstances changed and she did not move in and I never cosigned for her so there was not a valid lease. Celeste, the manager promised a partial refund of the 750 put down. That was December 2020. Here it is April 2021 and no refund. Celeste is not returning calls and we suspect she is screening them as well. Poor and nonresponsive management.
